The website behind HomeInsurance.com was originally launched in 2001 as MyStateInsurance.com. In 2007, Lagomarsino acquired HomeInsurance.com which soon became one of the first companies to offer comparative rates across the country- online and offline.
Since then HomeInsurance.com has grown quickly to become a leader in home and auto insurance shopping services. The HomeInsurance.com online presence is comprised of a network of reliable and informative insurance sites including HomeownersInsurance.com which was acquired by the company in 2010.
