2- Food safety is always a concern.  Make sure you have enough refrigerator room to hold all of the food so you don’t have to worry about spoiled grub and food poisoning.

3-Alcohol Consumption presents an array of potential dangers. First of all, set a clear party end time so that you don’t have to worry about long hours of drinking for your guests. Secondly, hire someone (who is not consuming alcohol!) to serve the alcoholic beverages and monitor your guests’ sobriety.  If a guest even appears slightly intoxicated- instruct the server to cut them off!  Third, also ask your server to check IDs on anyone who may be under 21. Lastly, never let anyone drive home who has been drinking.  If they get into an accident, you could be held accountable.
