As the first interactive tool of it’s kind currently on the web, you can see what homeowners are paying on average in your state compared to other parts of the country.
In May 2009, the largest rate increases were seen in Montana, Delaware, Kansas, Illinois and New York where new policies sold were on average over 20% higher than in previous months.
On the other hand, states such as Kentucky, Indiana, Arizona, Texas and Nevada all saw rate decreases as high as 25%.
