Our Sales Consultants come from a variety of backgrounds. Success does not hinge on a specific work history. In fact, no prior insurance experience is necessary, just an enthusiastic and eager personality! If the qualities below describe you, we want you on our team!
- You must be willing to learn and have the ability to follow a proven system
- Strong communication skills are essential; must be a good listener, articulate, friendly, professional, self-assured, and enjoy talking on the phone
- Basic computer skills are necessary, including the ability to navigate between multiple windows and type with proficiency
- Ability to obtain, or currently hold, an active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License
