A group of homeowners were recently asked to grade their experience with the home insurance shopping website, HomeInsurance.com.
The 73 surveyed consumers were chosen at random and rated their experience based on customer service; website usability; and savings- and the leadership team at HomeInsurance.com couldn’t be happier with the results.
Ninety-seven percent of surveyed homeowners rated their customer service experience with 4 out of 4 stars with the remaining 3 percent rating their experience with 3 out of 4 stars.
“Customer service has always been one of our top priorities and it shows when we hear about the amazing experiences our customers have with our consultants”, said Carlos Lagomarsino, Chief Executive Officer.
In addition, every customer surveyed reported that they would gladly recommend HomeInsurance.com consultants to friends and family. Aside from customer service, HomeInsurance.com also received rave reviews in website usability. Fifty-four percent of customers rated the website as excellent and the remaining 46 percent rated the site as ‘great’ and ‘good’.

Surveyed customers also reported average annual savings of $345.86- just by shopping with HomeInsurance.com. These savings are not untypical at HomeInsurance.com where all-time average savings for customers combining their home and auto insurance is around $556/year.
