ASI’s website states that many claims will be resolved within 10 to 30 days of the initial report. ASI policyholders can files claims online or do so by calling ASI’s claims department.
In the event of a disaster, ASI’s Catastrophe Team will jump into action with ASI’s Mobile Claims Center. The mobile claims center, which is a motor home, can be deployed during floods, hail storms, hurricanes, tornadoes and wildfires. The team will work to help their customers recover from the unexpected.
